NYC Parks Request for Proposal (RFP)

Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are issued for a variety of Parks concessions, including but not limited to snack bars, restaurants, golf courses, ice rinks, tennis facilities, stables and marinas.

Businesses submitting proposals are evaluated by a selection committee composed of Parks employees, based on the criteria provided in the RFP. The concession is awarded to the business whose proposal is deemed the best overall by the selection committee, based on these criteria. The information below is designed to help proposers understand what is needed to respond to a Request for Proposal with the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation.

Please be aware that all necessary permits for lawful operation of the concession must be obtained from the Department of Buildings, Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, and Fire Department
