    To qualify for an Optional Permit, activity must involve only handheld equipment or tripods, may not involve the assertion of exclusive use of City property and may not involve vehicles and / or non-handheld equipment.

        Download and complete the form listed under Application Materials, above. The applicant must type directly onto the form; handwritten applications are not accepted.

          Print and sign the application and submit via mail, fax, or in person at the Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting (OFTB), located at the address below.
