Rifle / Shotgun Dealer License

This license is valid for up to two years. Licenses must be renewed before January 1st of the year on which the license will expire.

Every dealer in rifles and shotguns must keep a record book provided by the Rifle/Shotgun Section that contains a record of all rifles and shotgun exchanges  by the dealer.

All employees handling inventory must possess a rifle/shotgun permit issued by the License Division to handle rifles and/or shotguns.
