A Seafood Delivery Business Registration is required for any business entity, that, for payment, delivers seafood from wholesalers in the market area by truck or other vehicle to retail establishments or other wholesalers in the city of New York or other locations outside the market area. Seafood Delivery Business Registrations expire every (2) two years.
