Class 2 Trade Waste Broker Registration is required for any person or business operating in New York City who, for a fee, brokers agreements between consumers and providers of trade waste removal, collection, or disposal services, or businesses which conduct evaluations or analyses of the waste generated to recommend cost efficient means of waste disposal. The Class 2 Trade Waste Broker Registrations expires every (2) two years.
