Civic/Public Safety/Religious
The Civic and Religious Committee routinely reviews street co-naming applications and maintains relationships with the 83 Precinct Clergy and Community Councils, neighborhood block associations, and other faith-based groups. The Committee also helps promote resources available to community groups, such as small grants, workshops, and volunteer opportunities.
The Public Safety Committee reviews matters that pertain to the quality of life and general public safety of residents in the district.
