Permits and Licenses

The Permits and Licenses Committee reviews and provides advisory recommendations on applications from business owners in the district seeking a liquor license from the New York State Liquor Authority. The Committee also reviews other licensing or permit applications, such as for the more recently available New York State Office of Cannabis Management adult-use cannabis retail license. 

Meets: the second Tuesday of the month at 6pm as needed. Please check the board's calendar or contact the district office for the next committee meeting date and time.
