As a requirement of Local Law 196 of 2017, workers at job sites requiring a Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Coordinator or Site Safety Manager must have a total of 40 hours of safety training. SST Provider Update - As of June 23, 2022, EHS Academy LLC’s authorization to conduct Department-approved courses is revoked and all certificates of completion for a course or course completion cards, including Site Safety Training Cards, issued by EHS Academy LLC are revoked and are no longer valid.
