Join us at one of these gatherings in YOUR neighborhood!

Ensuring a full count of all New Yorkers in the 2020 Census is more important than ever because our city has so much on the line. Our fair share of billions in federal funding and up to two Congressional Districts are at stake.

Organizing at the neighborhood level is critical to our success. That’s why we need you to join one of our 12 regional Grassroots Planning Sessions. This is an opportunity to meet with local organizations and advocates at the neighborhood level -- your Neighborhood Organizing Census Committee, or NOCC -- to make a plan to ensure that your neighborhood is counted and receives the resources and representation it deserves.

We are holding these gatherings across all five boroughs on the evenings of March 8, 9, 10 and 11.

To RSVP, click the link below for your borough and find a NOCC Grassroots Planning Session for your neighborhood.

Remember, the 2020 Census goes live on March 12th and it is critical that all New Yorkers are encouraged to self respond between mid-March and mid-May before the U.S. Census Bureau begins its door-to-door enumeration.

In order to make the census count for us, we’ve got to be counted.
