Employee Programs

DCAS Human Capital administers a number of programs to introduce recent college graduates to public service, to offer resources to those employees who serve our country and to provide the opportunity for City employees (and their children) to earn scholarships and awards or to give back to their community through their blood donations or their contributions to charitable organizations and their colleagues.
