Planning and Dispositions

Planning and Dispositions (P+D) consists of 2 groups:

Planning

Planning maintains the records for City ownership of property through the Integrated Property Information System (IPIS), which can be found by visiting the Open Data portal. 


Planning helps to verify City interests in real property, including the jurisdiction and management of City-owned properties. We serve agency needs by reallocating City property, assisting in site searches, and performing other planning related actions such as the review of certain Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) applications.


Dispositions

Dispositions is responsible for the sale of surplus City-owned real estate and the management of the inventory of City-owned real estate leased for private use, which includes buildings and vacant lots.
