NYC DDC Participates in the 59th Annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade

On Sunday June 12th, 2016, New York City Department of Design and Construction Commissioner Peña-Mora, Deputy Commissioner Llambelis and DDC staffers participated in the 59th annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade.  One of the nation’s largest celebrations of Puerto Rican culture, the parade included an estimated 100,000 participants and approximately 1.5 million spectators. NYC DDC Staffers marched up Fifth Avenue along with New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and fellow NYC employees.
