Final Environmental Impact Statement

DEP is pleased to announce the availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Catskill/Delaware Ultraviolet Light Disinfection Facility (UV Facility) Project. The document describes the proposed project at the Eastview Site in the Town of Mount Pleasant, New York.
