Please note that effective immediately DEP will not be accepting paper applications for Hydrant Flow Test at this time. Paper applications mailed to our office will not be processed. DEP has launched a new online tool to make it easier and more efficient for our customers to request a Hydrant Flow Test.

In order to use the new platform, you must create an account and profile. Professional Engineers and Registered Architects should register by submitting a completed authentication form. The completed form must be signed and sealed by the professional applicant and attested by a Notary Public. Submit the original form to us by mail and via email to paris@dep.nyc.gov and mail the original to: NYC Department of Environmental Protection, WSPS, ATTN: Registrations, 3rd floor, Low-Rise, 59-17 Junction Blvd, Flushing, NY 11373.
