We collect rowboats on City-owned lands that have been abandoned or confiscated. Each year we auction off these vessels.

We are auctioning boats located East and West of the Hudson River from October 3–12, 2022. All bidding will be online.

How to Bid

To find the boats offered in the fall 2022 auction, follow these steps:

1. Visit: www.publicsurplus.com
2. *Search for: “Boats DEP-BWS” to see the available boats
3. Register for an account to bid

*Boats will not be viewable online until the start of the auction.
