City Hall is located in City Hall Park in Manhattan. You can enter the plaza from either the west side of the park at Broadway and Murray Street or the east side at Park Row. For advance reservation tours, the tour docent will meet you outside in City Hall's plaza in front of the Nathan Hale statue. If the weather is inclement, the tour docent will meet you inside the lobby.

The NYC tourism kiosk is located at the southern end of City Hall Park on the east side of Broadway at Barclay Street and is the sign-in location for tours of City Hall offered on Wednesdays at 12:00 PM. These tours are limited to 20 people and are offered year-round on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservation required.

You must pass through security before entering City Hall, so please allow for extra time and bring photo identification. Late arrivals will result in shortened tours, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late are subject to cancellation.
