Do you need help organizing your bills and making sure they are paid on time? Is paper getting in the way? The Bill Payer Program partners with a financial-technology company to help older adults manage their household bills.

A Bill Payer representative will make a one-time visit to your home to help with your budget and enroll you in the program. After that, the program will continue to review and process the payment of your bills each month and inform you of any discrepancies or potential fraud.

To be eligible for free Bill Payer Program services, you must:

  • Be 60 or older
  • Be eligible for case-management services and accept a referral to the program
  • Have a yearly income of $60,000 or less
  • Have no other help with your bill-paying tasks
  • Have a checking account or be willing to open one
