Visit Schedule

NOTICE 12/21/2021: Due to the recent surge of Omicron COVID-19 cases in New York City, to preserve the health and safety of people in custody, visitors, and staff, the Department will suspend In-Person Visits on December 22, 2021. Beginning December 22, 2021, the Department will offer Televisits 5-days per week, Wednesday through Sunday.

If you have an In-Person Visit scheduled for December 22, 23, or 24, 2021, the Department will work to switch your In-Person Visit to a Televisit. Please check your email for a notification which will include the Televisit link. If you have submitted a request for an In-Person Visit for a visit on December 29, 30, or 31, the Department will work to process your In-Person Visit request as a Televisit request.

In order to ensure all people in custody have an opportunity to visit with their loved one, the Department created a visit schedule that is based on the first letter of the incarcerated individual’s last name. Visitors should check the visitation schedule to be sure their friend or family member is eligible for a visit on a specific day. Click on the month below.
