Interagency MOUs

Local Law 40 of 2011 requires agencies to post certain memoranda of understanding and similar agreements (“MOUs”) entered into among governmental agencies. MOUs and similar agreements may be viewed below.

December 18, 2015 (PDF) – Agreement with DOI to provide required fingerprinting services.

April 30, 2015 (PDF) – Agreement between DOHMH and HRA for DOHMH to provide an IDNYC access site.

September 11, 2013 (PDF) - Business Associate Agreement among various City agencies pursuant to HIPAA.

November 5, 2012 (PDF) - Agreement for the Office of the Sheriff, upon request of DOHMH, to perform removals to hospital emergency rooms in connection with the Assisted Outpatient Treatment program and to provide training to officers involved in the removal process.

January 20, 2012 (PDF) - Agreement between DOHMH and DCA to have DCA perform administrative tasks related to issuing DOHMH licenses and other authorizations.

January 6, 2012 (PDF) - Agreement between DOHMH, ACS, and DOI for DOI to provide fingerprinting services as required for employees who come into contact with children under six attending child care or non-public school.

June 23, 2011 (PDF) - Agreement between DOHMH and OATH regarding transfer of tribunal functions from DOHMH to OATH.
