This free, 4-hour course satisfies the NYC Health Code requirement that anyone who works at or is a volunteer in a soup kitchen, and anyone who works at a summer/day camp and serves food prepared elsewhere or food provided by the USDA under a summer feeding program, be certified in a course on Food Safety. The course includes a presentation on Food Safety and case studies.
