Facilitated Enrollment for the Aged, Blind and Disabled

People who are 65 and older, and those who are living with a disability and/or are visually impaired can get free in-person assistance to enroll in Medicaid and get help to cover Medicare costs.

In person assistance is available at the following NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Health Centers, Department for the Aging Senior Centers and other community locations. Call us to make an appointment at (347) 396-4705.
