Project HOPE: Coping with COVID-19

Project HOPE is an emotional support helpline that provides crisis counseling to help New Yorkers cope during the COVID-19 pandemic. Talking to crisis counselors can help you understand your feelings and learn how to manage your stress. This service is free, confidential and anonymous. Services are available for all ages.

You can get connected to brief counseling over the phone by calling the Project HOPE Emotional Support Helpline at 844-864-9314. Counselors are available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
