Circles of Support: The Power of Relationships

This interactive half-day workshop will explore the common challenges to family engagement and identify key strategies that engage families as partners and support parenting throughout the stages of development. Click here to register. Know Your Boundaries: Balancing the Personal & Professional When Working with Youth

This workshop will focus on navigating the complexities of a range of boundary situations which can blur client-staff relations and compromise the integrity of service delivery. Emphasis will be placed on such issues as giving and receiving gifts from clients, decisions about self-disclosure, entering mutual social space via technology or in-person, and extending or accepting invitations from clients. Come learn tools to help your clients, and yourself, to establish healthy boundaries and learn how to develop strong and respectful client-staff relationships.
