The Budget Review Unit ensures that all budgets and budget modifications submitted by CBO providers are in compliance with New York City and DYCD rules and regulations regarding budgetary requirements and fiscal accountability.
The Unit is also responsible for the final approval of all budgets and budget modifications.
Please note the subcontract and consultant agreement templates provided by DYCD contains standard provisions required for all subcontracts and or consultants funded through a DYCD contract and are provided as a courtesy. You may choose to use your own subcontract or consultant agreement but we ask that your template include the same standard provisions as the DYCD templates. Providers who choose to use their own subcontract or consultant agreement must receive prior approval from DYCD’s legal department.
