Statement from Commissioner Deanne Criswell on Her Departure from NYC Emergency Management

It has been an honor and privilege to serve as NYC Emergency Management Commissioner over the past two years. NYC has faced a number of challenges, but NYC Emergency Management has proven its commitment to helping all New Yorkers before, during, and after emergencies, time and time again.

As I depart to serve in my new role as FEMA Administrator, I wish John Scrivani the best of luck. He will be leading one of the most exceptional emergency management teams in the world.
