December 1, 2021 — The New York City Emergency Management Department today released its annual report that highlights the agency's accomplishments from July 2020 through November 2021. The report provides a snapshot of the agency’s role in leading the coordination of the City's response to numerous incidents while underscoring its mission to prepare for, respond to, and help New Yorkers recover from emergencies.

"When New York City needs us, NYC Emergency Management will continue to be there. We are committed to providing every New Yorker the tools and resources they need to be ready, and look forward to keeping all 8.6 million New Yorkers safe and resilient," writes NYC Emergency Management Acting Commissioner Andrew D'Amora.

NYC Emergency Management has led the coordination of the City's response to multiple emergencies.
