001 - Printing Shop/Print Services (HNTB-LiRo)
The ESCR team is looking for local or MWBE print shops for Community Engagement materials including but not limited to color copy flyers, laminated flyers, banners, corrugated plastic signage, promotional materials, etc. Please provide work experience, work examples, draft price list, and other qualifications in a combined PDF file.

003 - Senior Inspector (HNTB-LiRo)
Senior Construction Inspector with experience working on NYC DDC/ DOT Highway projects. The ESCR project is a major construction project in the borough of Manhattan with extensive civil engineering and structural engineering work. Job requirements include a Degree of Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management, minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience, NICET level III or IV, ACI concrete inspection certificate, OSHA 30 hours certificate, and NYC DDC water main training (preferred). The work shift is normally 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri), however the candidate must be flexible to work different shifts. Computer Skills should include MS Office, Visio, and Tablet use is a must. 004 - Inspector II (HNTB-LiRo)

005 - Office Engineer (HNTB-LiRo)

006 - Assistant Office Engineer (HNTB-LiRo)

009 - Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with vendor data as necessary. They will also be responsible for allocating and storing delivery tickets from field staff on daily basis. The Administrative Assistant shall also assist in other related tasks as requested by direct manager. Candidates for this position must have a high school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred. A well-organized individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer skills should include MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. This position is part time at 20 hours per week with flexibility.

010 - Payroll Specialist
Payroll Specialist will be responsible for data entry into payroll system and processing of this information on a weekly basis. The Payroll Specialist will also be responsible for E-verification of all new hires, generating employee checks, review of Certified Payroll Reports, and all union remittances. Job Requirements include minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or accounting. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or another related field preferred. Candidates for this position should have strong analytical skills and detail orientated with strong adherence to details and accuracy. Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills. The work shift is 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri) Computer skills should include MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. References must be provided on resume.
