New Traffic Pattern: East 23rd Street at East Service Road and under the FDR Drive
Continuing the week of February 22: Traffic Enforcement Agents & flaggers have been placed to assist with traffic & pedestrians. Vehicles and pedestrians to follow all posted signs and instructions from traffic control flaggers while detour is in effect.
Nightwork Reminder: West Service Rd. Traffic Detour Between E 23rd & E 25th Street
Flood wall construction operations necessitate a vehicular traffic detour. Ongoing Mon-Fri, 10:00 pm to 5:00 am for at least the next 4 weeks
Stuyvesant Cove Park Pedestrian Detour: Between E 20th & E 23rd Street
Change to Pedestrian Access Starting the Week of February 15, 2021: Flood wall construction operations will necessitate a change in pedestrian circulation in Stuyvesant Cove Park between East 20th and East 23rd Street. This change will be in place 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Pedestrians will continue to have waterfront access in Stuyvesant Cove Park as shown.
East River Greenway Detour: Between E 20th & E 23rd Street: Update
Starting the Week of February 15, 2021: Flood wall construction operations adjacent to the Solar One facility will necessitate the following Bikeway detour, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Pedestrians to use local crosswalks and sidewalks.
