If your Fair Fares NYC MetroCard is lost or stolen, log on to your account at nyc.gov/accessfairfares and select ‘Report FFNYC MetroCard lost or stolen’. You can also report a Fair Fares NYC MetroCard lost in a machine.

You can also call 311 to report your card lost or stolen.

At a Fair Fares NYC location, you can get help applying or bring in your damaged card for a replacement.
