The P-15 Certificate of Fitness is required to handle motor fuel dispensing and fleet service stations. The certificate of fitness holder will be responsible to ensure the dispensing operation at self-service, full service and fleet facilities are conducted and maintained in accordance with the Fire Code.
This Certificate of Fitness is valid only at a specific location and for the specific person to whom it is issued.
The cost of a P-15 Certificate of Fitness is $25 dollars and $15 dollars to renew.
Certificate of Fitness Length
Your Certificate of Fitness is good up to three years.
You must pass a written exam to get a P-15 Certificate of Fitness.

Two forms of identification, at least one must be government-issued photo identification, such as a driver's license or a passport.
