EPPG - Plans filed prior to 10/3/2019 will be finalized following the previous process for approval.
All Emergency Planning and Preparedness plans must be filed online. FDNY will no longer accept paper-based applications effective immediately.
Emergency Planning and Preparedness plans provide first responders an overall understanding of the building's fire protection as it pertains to the layout and contents of the building, means of egress, fire hazards, fire protection systems, and identification of key contacts during an emergency. To have a Comprehensive Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plan reviewed by the Fire Department, follow these steps.
To have a Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan reviewed by the Fire Department, follow these steps.
To have a Fire Protection Plan reviewed by the Fire Department, follow these steps.
To have a High-Rise Residential (Non-Sequential Floor Numbering) BIC reviewed by the Fire Department, follow these steps.
Payments and Refund Requests – All TM and EPPG Payments can now be processed directly from within FDNY Business. Applicants can now also submit and track refund requests directly from FDNY Business.

PDF intake can be used for the first submission of a new or amended application only. After you have submitted a PDF intake request, you must verify all information entered on the web-forms is correct. All previously submitted data will be available for online editing via web-forms.
