Plan Reviews and Systems Approval

The Fire Department certifies (reviews and approves) plans. 

Various forms will need to be filled out to complete the Plan Review and Systems Approval Process.


Plan Application Status

NOTICE: Check the status of your Comprehensive Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plan, Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan, Fire Protection Plan and High-Rise Residential (Non-Sequential Floors) BIC online through FDNY Business.

Status is available online for all new Plans and Amendments that have been filed or are saved as a draft in FDNY Business.

To check the status of Emergency Planning and Preparedness plans filed prior to 10/15/2019, please contact your Plan Examiner and/or an EPPG representative.
