Looking to buy local? Farmers markets offer some of the freshest, most nutritious, locally grown products in the city. There are more than 140 farmers markets in, New York City, most of which now accept the Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Card. Download the map and list of all farmers markets in NYC.

Health Bucks, worth $2 each, can be used to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at all farmers markets in NYC from July through November. If you use SNAP, you will receive a $2 coupon for every $5 you spend at the farmers' market. Learn how to receive, distribute, or purchase Health Bucks.

The City's Stellar Farmers' Markets and Farmers' Markets for Kids programs provide free, bilingual nutrition education and cooking demonstrations at select farmers markets throughout NYC from July - November.  Participants receive a $2 Health Bucks coupon.
