The Board of Directors is comprised of New York City employees who are responsible for the general management of the affairs and property of the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City. In addition, the Board of Directors has the power to employ personnel, authorize expenditures, and take all necessary and proper steps to carry out the purposes of the Mayor’s Fund and to promote its best interests.

The Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City's Board of Directors meets quarterly. Notice of any meeting scheduled at least a week in advance is posted in the City Record at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Notice of any other meeting is posted on the City Record a reasonable time prior to that meeting, when possible. Minutes from each meeting are posted below.
