NYDIS' case managers can provide direct assistance, as well as referrals to local resources. This phone line is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please leave a clear message with your name and number, and NYDIS' staff will call you back within 24 hours. Help is available 24/7.
