The HHS Connect team works within the Mayor's Office of Operations to break information silos through the use of modernized technology and coordinated Agency practices to more efficiently and effectively provide Health and Human Services to New Yorkers. The team operates two key products: ACCESS NYC and Worker Connect.
ACCESS NYC is the City's front door to public benefit programs where residents can find out if they are potentially eligible and apply online for key programs.
