The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) invites developers to submit a proposals to develop a high-quality and sustainable senior affordable housing development in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx.
The Site is located at 97 West 169th Street, between Nelson Avenue and Shakespeare Avenue, in Bronx Community District 4. The Site consists of Block 2519, Lots 27 and 32 and is approximately 15,100 square feet.
Interested parties that choose to download the RFP using the link below must provide their contact information. Only those who provide their contact information will receive updates or additional communications regarding the RFP. The RFP contains a detailed description of the development program, requirements, guidelines, eligibility requirements, selection process, and submission requirements.
A pre-submission conference was be held at 10:30am on January 25, 2019 at 100 Gold Street, Room 6S, New York, NY 10038.
All proposals are due in hand no later than 4:00pm on April 4, 2019. Detailed instructions are provided in the RFP.
