351 Powers Avenue RFP

The NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is planning for affordable housing on the undeveloped portion of 351 Powers Avenue, a City-owned property located in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx.

The development of City-owned land for affordable housing is initiated through a competitive review process called a Request for Proposals (RFP) that asks developers to respond to a set of goals and guidelines for the site. To help HPD define those goals and guidelines, we are asking for feedback about your visions and priorities for the project.

Community Engagement

HPD will gather input from those who live and work in the vicinity and have an intimate understanding of neighborhood conditions and needs. The input will be used to identify priorities for housing on 351 Powers Avenue in the Bronx.
