HPD's monthly Property Owner Clinics are an opportunity for small and large residential property owners to learn about how the City’s low or no-cost financing and tax benefits can help you make repairs, upgrade or replace major building systems, and lower your operating costs. In addition to HPD, representatives from agencies including the Department of Finance (DOF), the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), and the Department of Buildings (DOB) will be on hand to meet privately with property owners. We will help assess your building’s needs, and work with you to and upgrade your property and maintain quality affordable housing for you and your tenants. Email email@example.com with any questions.
