Director of Communications
The Director of Communications is a central role at MOIA responsible for developing and implementing MOIA’s communications strategy; working directly with members of the media as the Office’s chief spokesperson; drafting and driving the office’s press responses around complex or controversial issues; and staffing and supporting the MOIA Commissioner for media appearances and major public speaking engagements.

We Speak NYC Program Director
We Speak NYC teaches English to adult English language learners (ELL) while connecting them to city services and promoting community empowerment.  The Program Director will provide vision and leadership to the program, develop and implement new program initiatives and oversee the administration of classes, which reach 3500 individuals/year.

Cites for Action Program Manager
The Cities for Action Program Manager is responsible for the coalition’s day-to-day operations. The Program Manager serves as the coalition’s main point of contact, working closely with C4A’s member cities and counties to facilitate the coalition’s advocacy and best practice sharing work. The Program Manager works closely with MOIA’s policy, communications and outreach teams.

ActionNYC Program Manager
The ActionNYC Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing ActionNYC’s work in schools and also managing program-wide projects.

Neighborhood Organizer
Candidate will work closely with MOIA and other City and nonprofit partners to conduct outreach to communities and neighborhoods most impacted by immigrant focused initiatives to ensure that the concerns of New York City's diverse immigrant communities and community-based organizations are incorporated in the implementation. Under the supervision of the outreach management team, the selected candidates will be expected to help develop and implement outreach strategy and campaign plans; build strong relationships with key community stakeholders and leaders in targeted communities; and activate broad public interest in the IDNYC program and other city services.
