The New York City Department of Correction Disaster Relief Association (DRA) was founded by Jessica I. Davis, Lisa Dawson, Dion Middleton, and James Bros. The DRA consists of uniformed and civilian staff. The DRA focuses on directly interacting with and helping the victims of natural disasters.
