Tips for Keeping Your Application on the FasTrack

Incomplete or incorrect applications take longer to review. To keep your project on the FasTrack, and ensure a successful experience, make sure you do the following when you fill out your FasTrack Application Form and when you work with LPC staff:

  • Check all the boxes on the application form that describe your project
  • If you check “other” on the application, please remember to include an explanation
  • On the checklist of the FasTrack Application Form, check all the boxes for the required materials and submit them with your application
  • If your application is determined to be incomplete or does not qualify, it will be reassigned as a standard application. The application will remain with the original reviewer so that you can provide any additional materials requested without delay.
  • You can submit additional materials by e-mail, as .JPG or .PDF files
