Newsstands

Community Board 1 reviews all new applications for newsstands in the district. Applications are considered first by – the Licensing & Permits Committee before being considered by the full board. In order to expedite your review process, please fill out the brief questionnaire and submit it by email (approvals@cb.nyc.gov) along with the requested documents to the Community Board office, no later than five days prior to the meeting. Please also bring six additional copies with you to the meeting for distribution to committee members.
