MOCS provides policy & operational advice, and technical assistance to agencies as they manage daily procurement activities. MOCS continues to evolve its work, relying on technology and strong partnerships to transform procurement. Teams are currently organized in eight divisions and collectively mobilize to drive impact in five areas
