Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rule 2-08, certain Vendors and their Principal Owners (if applicable) must complete Disclosures in order to be considered for an award of contract.  Vendors are required to complete disclosures if they have contracts with the City valued at over $100,000 or if they are applying for a franchise contract. 
Disclosures are valid for three years from the date of e-signature. Please visit for more information about PASSPort.

Vendors can visit the **Public Access Center** to access information about City contracts and contractors.
