The marketing credit is available on a *first-come, first-served basis*. Participants in this program are required to co-brand all MOME-funded media with the "Made in NY" logo and include the "Made in NY" logo in end credits. MOME-funded advertising materials are subject to approval by MOME and, subject to the exception in the next sentence, may not include third-party names and third-party logos. MOME-funded advertising materials may include names and/or logos intended to inform the public where the qualified film may be viewed (e.g., the logo of a television station) and the name of the owner of copyrighted material included in the MOME-funded advertising materials.

Participants in this program are required to contribute to a cultural institution on a list approved by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs or to a community organization approved through Participatory Budgeting in New York City. For productions with below-the-line costs incurred in New York City of less than $10M, the contribution will be equal to .1% of such costs. If a production's below-the-line costs incurred in New York City are $10M or more, the contribution is fixed at $10K. The payment must be made 30 days after the completion of the Marketing Credit recipient's marketing campaign.

Please email your signed application to Caitlin Fink (CFink@media.nyc.gov) and Katherine Drew (Kdrew@media.nyc.gov) at MOME to proceed.
