The Theatrical Workforce Development Program, in partnership with Roundabout Theatre Company and the NYC Department of Small Business Services, offers a six-week intensive in safety, workforce readiness, and technical skills – as well as a longer ten-month, hands-on program to train and place young adults in professional technical theatre careers.
Designed to leverage teenagers' passion for popular music to lead them towards viable career paths, Sound Thinking NYC focuses on increasing opportunities in the music industry for underrepresented groups, especially women.
