The Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment, along with the rest of City government, continues to do whatever we can to keep our media, entertainment and nightlife communities informed about the City's response, available resources and opportunities to assist relief efforts.

COVID-19 Resources

 

  • NYC COVID-19 Citywide Information Portal: Provides the latest updates from The City of New York at NYC.Gov/coronavirus, including guidance and case data from the NYC Health Department; resources and assistance for New Yorkers, businesses and nonprofits; and ways to help, including donation and volunteer opportunities.
    • You can also receive updates by calling 311 (212-639-9675 for Video Relay Service, or TTY: 212-504-4115), or texting "COVID" to 692-692and "COVIDESP" to 692-692 for Spanish.

  • NYC Media 24/7 COVID Update: The City's broadcast network is now running 24-7 programming and information for the COVID-19 crisis on NYC Gov. NYC Gov is available on Spectrum 74, FiOS 24, Altice 74, RCN 81 and over-the-air broadcast on 25.

  • Help Now NYC provides information on opportunities to get assistance and to support those affected by the COVID-19 emergency, including volunteering and donating.

  • NYC Well is available 24/7 to connect New Yorkers to a range of free mental health support services. It can be reached online, by calling 1-888-NYC-Well (692-9355) or texting "WELL" to 65173. In addition, it offers a new guide with information on how New Yorkers can gain access mental health services while staying home.

  • Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs provides resources for immigrant communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • The Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities launched a webpage for New Yorkers with Disabilities during COVID-19 with information on food supply and delivery, social security / Medicaid benefits, home healthcare services and more.

  • NYC Department of Veterans Services offers the most up-to-date information from Federal, State, and City agencies is available through a list of resources to keep NYC veterans informed and prepared during the COVID-19 crisis.

  • The New York State website offers updates and resources concerning COVID-19 including information on paid sick leave, testing and more.

  • New York State Office of Mental Health offers resources and support for New Yorkers experiencing anxiety about COVID-19.
