DREAMing Out Loud
DREAMing Out Loud is a tuition-free writing workshop for undocumented immigrants. Led by award-winning authors, it’s designed to build a diverse talent pipeline for the publishing industry and help DREAMers use their voices to counter misinformation about immigration. PEN America started the workshop series in 2016 and support from the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment has helped DREAMing Out Loud expand its programming. For the past two years, DREAMing Out Loud participants published anthologies of their work, which are available for sale here:
