Multi-Agency Response to Community Hotspots (M.A.R.C.H.) Operations Report
Q1-Q2 2020

The Office of Nightlife at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment presents the first of its semi-annual reports on the Multi-Agency Response to Community Hotspots, or M.A.R.C.H. program. These reports are mandated by Local Law 220 of 2019. The first report, linked below, covers the period from January 1 through June 30, 2020, but includes data from the months of January, February, and March only, as no M.A.R.C.H. operations have been conducted since March 14, 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, this first report is not representative of normal operations. As long as the program continues, and the law remains in effect, the Office of Nightlife will compile and release these reports so that New Yorkers can have an accurate picture to evaluate the program.
